Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment is to be made via our online store using a valid funding source or payment card. Full payment is required before items are despatched.
Please make sure you inspect the items in your basket to ensure that you have ordered correctly. We do not issue refunds for items ordered incorrectly.
If an item listed as available is actually out of stock, we will let you know and issue a full refund for that item.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery Charges & Shipping Information
Postal Orders
UK Delivery is £1 via Royal Mail. Currently, we only ship to the UK.
We aim to despatch orders on the same day. However, we ask that you allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.
Delivery Status
You will receive a confirmation of your order once it has been processed.

Returns
We cannot accept the return of used, damaged or digital goods.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your item(s) once received. If you receive an item from us that is faulty/damaged or, if you received an item that you did not order, please contact us via: africanheritagebooks@gmail.com
We’ll be happy to resolve the issue for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be issued a full refund via your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund to you.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event of you needing to return goods to us, we ask that you send the items via Royal Mail – Recorded Delivery.
